I Need Advice on How to Get My Ex Girlfriend Back and Keep Her From Roaming Again

I should have known something was wrong when someone kept calling our apartment and hanging up.  It wasn’t long after that before my girlfriend announced she was seeing someone else.  Now, I need advice on how to get my ex girlfriend back.  I also want to make sure that she will stay with me, instead of continuing to look for someone else.
